I oversaw key aspects of the MICS project, including data collection, quality control, and team management. To ensure accurate and reliable data, I implemented stringent quality control measures throughout the process. I effectively managed the survey team by providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

Additionally, I coordinated training sessions to enhance team members’ data collection techniques and improve overall performance. I closely monitored the data collection processes to identify and resolve any issues that arose during the project. Collaborating with stakeholders, I analyzed project insights and offered recommendations to inform policy-making and development programs. I also contributed to the preparation of reports summarizing the findings from the MICS project.
